Every housewife has encountered an unpleasant problem when making cookies – unsuccessful dough that crumbles heavily after baking. There can be many reasons for this, such as low-quality flour, too much oil, or vice versa.

Cook Inna Levenets shared on Instagram a recipe for very tasty, healthy cookies made from dates, nut flour, and chocolate, the basis for which will be buckwheat and nut flour, thanks to which the dough will not crumble.

Ingredients:

  • buckwheat flour - 100 g
  • nut flour - 100 g
  • dates - 10-12 pcs.
  • coconut - 20 g

  • coconut, almond, or other oil - 20 ml
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • dark chocolate - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate and dates in one bowl.

2. Remove the skin from the dates, and remove the pits.

3. Mash everything well with a fork to make dough.

4. Make balls from the dough, press each one a little.

5. Place the cookies on a baking sheet.

6. Place in a preheated 180°C oven and bake for 12 minutes, no longer.

7. Let the cookies cool down.

9. Spread the melted chocolate on the cold cookies.

10. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, berries, or coconut flakes.
