Delicious cold boiled pork.

Ingredients:

  • turkey fillet - 1 kg
Yogurt.
  • yogurt - 250 g
  • garlic - 1/2 head
Meat with garlic.
  • thyme - 5 sprigs
  • rosemary - 3-5 sprigs
  • bay leaves - 6 pcs
How to cook cold boiled pork.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the turkey fillet and put it in a bowl. Add 3 bay leaves.

2. Chop 2-3 cloves of garlic and add to the meat together with a sprig of thyme and salt. Add yogurt and rub the meat well.

How to marinate the meat.

3. Cover the bowl with the meat with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate well.

4. Then take out the meat and remove the excess yogurt.

5. Put the meat in a baking sleeve, add the thyme and garlic, and bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
