What to add to chicken cutlets to make them juicy: a great dinner dish
If you cook cutlets with chicken fillet, they can turn out dry because the meat is quite dietary. But one simple ingredient can fix everything. Be sure to add it to the minced meat to get a successful dish.
The idea of making juicy chicken cutlets for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Daria Vistovska (vistovska cooking). Add zucchini to the frying mixture.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 small
- zucchini - 1/2 pc.
- tomato - 1 pc.
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 2-3 tbsp
- hard cheese - 80 g
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika
- dill - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into small cubes.
2. Add the finely chopped tomato.
3. Then grate the zucchini and squeeze it. Add the zucchini, egg, flour, cheese, spices and herbs to the meat.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Spoon on a preheated frying pan.
6. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
