What to add to cheesecakes to keep them in perfect shape: advice and recipe from the chef
Cheesecakes are an ideal breakfast dish. Firstly, they take about 10-15 minutes to prepare, and secondly, they are very satisfying and tasty. But often, even such an elementary dish is not successful for everyone, the dough falls apart, and the cheesecakes turn out tasteless and "clogged" with flour. But this can be prevented if you follow the right proportions.
Oleksandr Hromliuk, a finalist of the reality TV show "Hell's Kitchen" (New Channel), shared on Instagram his recipe and secret for making perfect cheesecakes that will keep their shape with an original avocado mousse.
Tip: To make cheesecakes keep their shape and not fall apart, just add one egg yolk to the dough, and don't add any more eggs!
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese
- wheat flour
- sugar
- yolk
- vanilla
For the mousse:
- avocado
- sugar
- lime juice
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cottage cheese, one egg yolk, sugar, flour, and vanilla in a blender and beat until smooth.
2. Use your hands to shape the cheesecakes into a nice shape, and fry until cooked on both sides.
3. Avocado mousse: cut the avocado, put the flesh in a blender, add sugar, lime juice, and olive oil, and blend until smooth.
4. Put the mousse on a plate and top with the cheesecakes. You can add mint and berries for a bright flavor!
