Homemade cheesecakes are one of the simplest and most delicious cottage cheese dishes. But very often they don't hold their shape and fall apart. To prevent this, it is best to cook them with coconut flakes.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious coconut cheesecakes, which are made without flour and in the oven.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- cottage cheese 5-9% - 500 g
- sugar or sugar substitute - 20 g
- semolina - 50 g
- coconut flakes - 60 g
- olive oil - 5 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer until stiff.
2,. After that, add the cheese and a few drops of olive oil and continue to beat the mixture.
3. Then add the semolina and coconut and continue whisking.
4. After that, you can start forming the cheesecakes. Put them on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 160 C; if you are making frozen cheesecakes, preheat the oven to 180 C.
