Ingredients:
- flour - 600 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- warm milk - 300 ml
- sugar - 100 g
- oil - 100 ml
- dry yeast - 2 tsp or live yeast - 20 g
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
- salt - to taste
The filling:
- apples - 200 g
- any jam - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Sift the flour.
2. In a separate bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, sugar, mayonnaise, eggs, oil, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly and add the flour, knead the dough.
3. Cover the bowl of dough with plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour. Then knead it again and leave it for another 30 minutes.
4. Filling: pass the apples through a meat grinder and add any jam.
5. Divide the finished dough into equal pieces, roll out and put the filling, shape them and place on a baking sheet.
6. Put the buns in the oven and bake until done at 200°C.
