What to add to asparagus for bright flavor: a simple dish
Asparagus is extremely dietary, nutritious and healthy, so you can safely add it to your diet. The relatively neutral taste of the product should be complemented with bright notes, and bacon is ideal for this. The result is a complete dish that can be served in completely different ways, depending on the method of heat treatment.

Ingredients:
- asparagus - 300-400 g
- thin smoked bacon
- pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the asparagus and cut off the hard part, about 5-7 cm.
2. Wrap each sprout in a strip of bacon.
3. Fry on the preheated grill for 3-4 minutes.
4. The bacon should be browned.
5. If the dish is cooked in the oven, preheat it to 200 degrees, put the asparagus in a single layer and cook with convection mode on for 8-10 minutes.
6. Put on a plate, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and salt.
7. Asparagus should not be soft, but a little crispy.
8. Serve with a fresh salad, grilled turkey gizzards and cold white wine.
