Jamon and peaches are the perfect combination for a spectacular summer appetizer. You don't need to boil or fry anything for this dish. All the ingredients just need to be rolled up.

The idea of preparing a summer appetizer with jamon and peaches was published on the Instagram page of chef (moskovchenkoalena). It is especially tasty when served with your favorite wine.

Ingredients:

  • jamon - 200 g
  • peach - 1 pc
  • Philadelphia cheese - 175 g
  • arugula - 1 bunch
  • truffle oil (can be replaced with olive oil)
  • black sesame seeds

Method of preparation:

1. Add truffle oil and salt to Philadelphia cheese.

2. Mix thoroughly.

3. Cut the peach into small pieces.

4. Take a slice of jamon.

5. Put cream cheese, peach and arugula on it, .

6. Wrap everything in a roll.

7. Before serving, pour truffle oil over the rolls and sprinkle with dark sesame seeds.
