What spring vegetable will make fish the healthiest: we share an easy recipe for a dinner dish
Fish and vegetables are the perfect combination of foods to make healthy and tasty lunch and dinner dishes. To fully preserve the flavor of the food, do not add too many spices.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very healthy baked vegetables with fish, which are cooked in the oven.
Ingredients:
- asparagus
- cherry tomatoes
- red fish or any other fish, or chicken fillet
- spices, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the asparagus and tomatoes, cut the tomatoes in half, peel the asparagus.
2. Put asparagus, tomatoes and fish in parchment envelopes, sprinkle with spices and cook for 25-30 minutes at 180 C.
It is better to eat the finished dish hot!
