A kebab of any meat will be much tastier if served with sauce. And you don't have to buy it in the store. It is much better to take a variety of seasonal products and make such an addition at home.
The idea of making three delicious barbecue sauces was published on the Instagram page of the famous Ukrainian chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo. They are made on the basis of adjika, sour cream and tomatoes.
Adjika-based sauce
Ingredients:
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- parsley
- adjika - 150 g
- water - 150 ml.
- salt, pepper
- sugar - to taste
Sour cream based sauce
Ingredients:
- parsley
- garlic - 1 clove
- lemon juice
- sour cream - 100 g
- salt, pepper
Tomato-based sauce
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- hot pepper - 1 pc.
- parsley
- garlic - 1 clove
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients (for each sauce separately) in a blender.
2. Beat until smooth.
