Tartar sauce is the perfect accompaniment to fried or baked fish. It is made on the basis of mayonnaise with the addition of lemon juice. At the same time, the dish will not be greasy and will surprise you with its good taste.

Ingredients:
- pickled or salted cucumber - 1 pc.
- capers - 1 tbsp
- parsley - 3-5 sprigs
- tarragon - 2-4 sprigs
- mayonnaise - 6 tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1․ Finely chop the cucumber.
2. Chop the capers, parsley and tarragon.
3. Put everything in one container.
4. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice.
5. Mix thoroughly – the sauce is ready.
