- early cabbage - 1 pc
- bell pepper - 1 pc
- tomatoes - 2 pcs
- cucumber - 1 pc
- green onions - 2-3 pcs
- Greek yogurt
- mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Grate or chop the cabbage.
2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
3. Cut the cucumber into half rings.
4. Cut the pepper into stripes.
5. Add salt.
6. Season with a mixture of Greek yogurt and mustard.
