Unfortunately, it is not always healthy, and in some cases can even cause great harm to the body.

On her Instagram page, fitness trainer aleksasvarovskyh shared what unhealthy breakfasts most people choose and what can be replaced to make it healthy, fast, and tasty.

  • Pastries, cake, croissants

If you start your day with a muffin, your hunger will wake up again in half an hour or so. After all, pastries are fast carbohydrates that won't fill you up for long.

What to replace it with

Beat eggs, cottage cheese, and honey in a blender. Pour into a mold and bake in the oven. A cream made from low-fat yogurt, honey, and cocoa will do. All these products should be whipped in a blender and poured over the casserole.

  • Candy and chocolate

Sweets will increase blood glucose levels. Energy will appear but for a very short time.

You can choose dark chocolate – these products are also very tasty and nutritious. But you still need to eat a main breakfast before them. Cottage cheese with honey is also a good substitute for sweets.

  • Corn flakes with milk

They contain a lot of sugar and various additives. The expert notes that only 2% of ready-made breakfasts contain natural cereals.

You should try chocolate oatmeal. In the evening, pour milk over it, and add cottage cheese, cocoa, and honey. Leave it to brew overnight. In the morning, you can have a delicious and nutritious breakfast.

There is almost no fiber in such products. In addition, they also contain a large amount of sugar and chemical additives.

How to replace it

To save time, you can boil shredded oatmeal without additives. It takes 3-5 minutes to cook. Or, if you need it even faster, pour milk over the porridge in the evening, and add berries, honey, and nuts.

  • Omelette with bacon

This is a rather unexpected unhealthy breakfast, but it is exactly that. After all, the dish contains fat, which is poorly absorbed by the body.

  • Curd mass and processed cheese

These are desserts and sweets, not healthy cheese. Such products may contain palm oil, which is harmful to the body. Also, flavors and sugar.

Mix thick cottage cheese with a spoonful of honey and a banana. Beat in a blender. Shape the mass into a glazed curd. Pour over cocoa with a little water. Leave in the freezer for 1 hour.
