What minced meat to make perfect cutlets: we share the technology

Ideal cutlets should be juicy, soft, and golden. To achieve this, you need to choose the right meat. Beef or mixed meat is best. Such minced meat will be moderately fatty and not dry. And for the best effect, chop the onion and garlic in a blender and add this mixture to the mass.

Ingredients:
- onion - 250 g
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- flour - 20 g
- minced meat (beef or assorted chicken, unfortunately, you won't get the perfect one) - 550 g
- bread - 60 g
- milk - 60 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- oil for frying
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and garlic. Fry them for 4-5 minutes in vegetable oil. Put them in a blender or meat grinder and grind.
2. Pour milk over the bread, add it to the blender, and grind.
3. Mix the minced meat, onion, bread, egg, salt and pepper.
4. Form the patties in any shape and roll them in flour – only a little, otherwise the flour will burn in the pan.
5. Pour the oil into the pan, and fry until cooked, about 3 minutes on each side. It can be a little longer.
6. Take it out, and put it on a napkin to remove excess fat.
