Shish kebab is a dish that everyone loves, especially in summer. The most important thing when cooking it is to choose the right meat and make a marinade to make the meat soft and juicy.
Culinary expert Mykola Liulko explained on Instagram what kind of meat is best for making shish kebabs to make them successful and tasty.
Ingredients:
- Neck - 2 kg
- Onion - 1 kg (1/3 on a grater)
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Ground pepper - 1 tsp.
- Dry garlic - 2 tsp.
- Dry adjika or paprika - 3 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 3 tsp.
- Black kvass - 300-500 g
- Mustard - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into large pieces, put in a bowl.
2. Grate the onion and add to the meat.
3. Cut the onion into half rings, season with salt and pepper, add mustard, kvass and meat, mix and leave to marinate for several hours.
4. Then fry the kebab.
Serve with sauces and fresh vegetables!
