  • Neck - 2 kg

  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Ground pepper - 1 tsp.

  • Dry garlic - 2 tsp.
  • Dry adjika or paprika - 3 tsp.
  • Ground coriander - 3 tsp.
  • Black kvass - 300-500 g

  • Mustard - 2 tbsp.

1. Cut the meat into large pieces, put in a bowl.
