What meat to choose for cutlets to make them dietary: recipe for a healthy dish
Traditional cutlets are considered a rather high-calorie and fatty dish. But the quality of the products depends primarily on the meat you choose. To make cutlets healthy and dietary, you should make them from chicken.
The idea of making dietary chicken cutlets was published on the Instagram page of chef Valentyna (valya_saenko).
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 1 pc
- hard cheese - 100 g
- sour cream - 1 tbsp
- bell pepper - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 3 tbsp
- herbs
- salt, pepper
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Cut chicken fillet into small cubes. It is more convenient to do this when the meat is frozen.
2. Dice pepper and blanched tomatoes without peel and seeds in the same way.
3. Finely chop onion. Add sour cream and finely chopped garlic and herbs.
4. Grate cheese and add it too.
5. Add eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
6. Fry cutlets on both sides over medium heat.
7. You can prepare the minced meat in advance and leave it in the refrigerator so that the cutlets marinate and taste even better.
8. You can take any favorite vegetables but only those that do not give a lot of juice, otherwise you need to add more flour.
9. It is better to fry small cutlets so that they do not fall apart. If the cutlet falls apart, add a little more flour.
