If you need to feed a large family on a budget, cutlets are ideal. They can be served with any side dish or eaten with bread and vegetables. And instead of quite expensive chicken or pork, you can choose liver. You don't even have to make minced meat from it, just cut it into cubes.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 400 g
- onion - 1/2 pc
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- processed cheese - 1/3 pc (can be replaced with hard cheese)
- mayonnaise - 30 g (can be replaced with sour cream)
- flour - 1 tbsp
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt, pepper, seasoning
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken liver into small cubes.
2. Add grated onion, garlic and cheese.
3. Add salt, pepper, favorite seasonings and mayonnaise.
4. Mix well and leave for 20 minutes.
5. Add the egg and flour.
6. Mix well again.
7. Fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
