Days are getting hotter, which means it's time for a picnic. Flavorful golden kebabs are made from completely different meats. Most often, it's chicken and pork. But if you like a moderately fatty and juicy barbecue, you should choose veal.
The idea of cooking veal kebabs is published on the ira.shaf_cooking Instagram page. This recipe uses a spicy and very simple marinade based on tomato juice.
Ingredients:
- veal - 2 kg
- tomato juice - 500 ml
- large onions - 3 pcs
- garlic - 3 cloves
- salt - 2 tbsp
- oil - 2 tbsp
- mustard - 1 tbsp
- barbecue seasoning, pepper mix, smoked paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into pieces of the desired size.
2. Cut the onion into rings.
3. Add to the meat.
4. Add chopped garlic, spices, mustard and oil.
5. Pour tomato juice over. It is best to use homemade.
