What kind of flour to use to make puffy cheesecakes: we share our secrets
The taste and appearance of cheesecakes depends most of all on the flour used for the dish. And traditional wheat flour is not always the best option. In addition, the products need to be formed using a special technology to make the structure tender, fluffy, and with a golden crust.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 305 g
- yolk – 1 pc
- rice flour – 4 tsp
- vanilla sugar – 35 g (6-7 tsp)
- salt – a pinch
- flour for rolling
- olive oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, salt, egg yolk, flour to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly.
2. Sprinkle the surface.
3. Make curd balls, use a knife to shape the curd balls.
4. Put on a preheated and oiled frying pan, fry under the lid for 5-6 minutes on each side.
5. Garnish with fruit, coconut, nuts, powdered sugar and caramel.
