What is vertuta and why it is worth cooking: a recipe from Hector Jimenez-Bravo
Vertuta is a dish of Moldovan cuisine based on unleavened puff pastry with a filling, and berries, fruits, as well as meat, cheese, and greens can be used for the filling. It is worth noting that the dish is easier to prepare than pies and casseroles.
Chef Hector Jimens-Bravo shared a recipe for a spinach, cheese, and onion vertuta on Instagram.

Dough:
- flour - 300 g
- warm milk - 175 ml

- green onions - 300 g
- greens - 50 g
- cheese - 100 g

Method of preparation:
1. Dough: mix flour and milk, add a little oil and knead the dough. Put the dough into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise.
