A cook shared a recipe for delicious homemade syrnyky with rice flour that won't fall apart on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 180 g of 5-9% cottage cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- sugar/sugar substitute to taste
- 2 tbsp of rice flour
Method of preparation:
1. Add all the ingredients to the cottage cheese and mix well with a fork.
2. Put the curd mass on a floured surface and form a sausage. Divide it into 6 equal parts and use a glass to form the syrnyky. Do not make them too high.
3. Fry them in a well-heated pan under a lid on both sides for about 5-9 minutes until golden brown.
