What is simple and healthy to cook from cabbage: a budget option
Kale muffins are a great alternative to fatty meat dishes. Vegetables retain all their benefits after baking, and the dish is very light and nutritious. Children will especially like these products.
The idea of making healthy cabbage and carrot donuts was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv). The flour must be whole grain.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 0.5 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- sprigs of dill - 2-3 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- whole wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
- a little baking powder
- salt and spices: turmeric, pepper, dried tomatoes
Method of preparation:
1. Chop cabbage, carrots, dill.
2. Add salt and toss with your hands.
3. Add eggs, spices and flour to the vegetables.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (depending on the shape).
