What is placinta and how to cook the Moldovan dish to make it delicious
Moldovan placinta is a simple and delicious appetizer based on a simple yeast dough and a delicious filling: cheese, herbs, vegetables, and mushrooms.
Cook Natalia Chevka shared a recipe for Moldovan placinta on the Smak Bukovyny Facebook page.
Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 800 g
- water - 400 ml
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- eggs - 1 pc.
- dry yeast - 4 g
- salt - 5 g
- oil - 150-200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix water with yeast. Then add flour, egg, salt, oil and mix well.
2. Leave the dough to rise.
3. Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll it out very thinly and then stretch it with your hands to make it "glow".
4. Put any filling you like on the dough, roll it thinly and shape it.
5. Put on a baking sheet and bake until tender.
