What is paella and how to prepare it with vegetables: recipe
Paella is a traditional Spanish dish that is very popular with gourmets around the world. The main ingredient is rice and, of course, spices, which give paella a spicy taste and incredible flavor.
The classic recipe usually uses seafood or chicken meat. However, there is also a vegetarian version with vegetables. This will not make the dish worse. In addition, this version of paella will definitely not entail high costs, and vegetable dishes are prepared twice as fast.

Ingredients:
- basmati rice - 1 cup.
- vegetable or chicken broth - 1.5 cups
- butter - 40 g
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 4 cloves
- frozen vegetables - 200 g
- oregano - 1/2 tsp.
- turmeric - 1/2 tsp.
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and garlic. Put in a preheated frying pan with oil and butter and sauté.
2. Add the vegetables, spices and washed rice (rinse it at least 5 times) and mix well.
3. Add the broth and stir again. As soon as the broth comes to a boil, turn the heat to low and cook for up to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can add more broth if necessary.
