And usually, with a breakfast like this, you're hungry within an hour, and then it turns into lunch, where you can't do without overeating.

  2. Cheesecakes with sour cream.
  3. Toast made of sourdough bread or unleavened pita bread with vegetables, cheese, and chicken breast.
  4. Cottage cheese with honey, fruit, or berries
  5. Sweet oatmeal pancake: with banana and milk. Eat with honey/yogurt/cottage cheese and fruit or banana.
  6. Savory oatmeal pancake: with egg, salt, and milk. Eat with lightly salted salmon, vegetables, and avocado. Or with feta, tuna, and tomato.
  7. Buckwheat porridge with eggs and vegetables.
