Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 200-250 g
- Fresh ginger - 10 g
- Onion - 30 g
- Soy sauce - 20 g
- Honey - 10 g
- Olive oil - 10 g
Method of preparation:
- Wash the cabbage and cut it into steaks.
- To make the sauce, peel the ginger, add onion, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil. Blend everything with a blender.
- Lubricate the steaks with the resulting sauce.
- Bake for 15 minutes on both sides at a temperature of 200-220 degrees in the "grill" mode.
