What ingredient to add to dumpling dough to make it elastic: the most effective way

The taste of store-bought dumplings can never be compared to those made at home. But to make your own dumplings, you need to knead the right dough. And if your dough is not elastic at all and does not stick together well, you should add one simple ingredient - vinegar.
The idea of making the perfect dough for dumplings with vinegar was published by the Polish culinary publication PRZYSLIJ PRZEPIS.
Ingredients:
- vinegar - 1 tbsp
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 250 g
- flour - 450 g
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Preparation:
1. Heat the water.
2. Beat the egg, vinegar, oil and salt until smooth.
3. Pour water into the mixture.
4. Gradually add the sifted flour, stirring constantly.
5. Knead the dough.
6. Put in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
7. After that, you can form dumplings.
