But it's worth remembering that along with sweat, we also lose minerals that play a very important role in the body, so don't abuse water, but drink it strictly according to your weight.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared tips on her Facebook page on how to replenish important minerals for the body with food.
The expert says that in summer, first of all, you need to eat a lot of vegetables, berries, and fruits, as they are the most useful now and contain a lot of water, which is so necessary for the body.
But don't forget about other foods that contain a lot of calcium, magnesium, chlorine, sodium, and don't neglect salt, the permissible daily dose is 5 g.
Minerals in foods:
Potassium
The main source of potassium is all plant foods, except for fresh vegetables, fruits, berries, and cereals. Potassium is also found in dairy products, fish, mushrooms, and legumes.
Calcium
It is most abundant in natural fermented milk products - kefir, yogurt, sour milk, and cottage cheese. A little less, but it is found in berries, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, sea and cauliflower.
Magnesium
It is most abundant in leafy vegetables, seaweed, cereals, legumes, cocoa, dark chocolate, nuts, and some berries and fruits.
