But, strange as it may seem, not all fish is healthy, and some can be very harmful.

You need to know that these drugs do not disintegrate during heat treatment. The danger is that when they enter the human body, they cause gradual addiction and resistance to certain types of antibiotics. This means that when a person gets sick and needs treatment with these drugs, they will not help.

The third danger is that often the reservoirs where fish are raised are located near agricultural fields that are treated with pesticides. And unscrupulous farmers dump the residues into the same fish ponds.

It is important to note that these harmful substances are extremely dangerous and can provoke disorders in the nervous system, and kidney function, and lead to a general weakening of the body.

Therefore, before choosing a certain type of fish for dinner, read it in detail and understand whether it is safe for the body.
