  • powdered sugar - 150 g
  • cream cheese - 300 g
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.

1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar, and beat with a mixer until white.

2. Add a pinch of salt, pour in the vegetable oil, and add the grated carrots. Stir the mixture until smooth.

3. Separately, mix the flour with cinnamon and baking powder, grate the zest of one orange.

4. Mix the dry mixture with the liquid mixture to form a dough.
