What delicious salad to make with tongue: healthy sauce and lots of vegetables
Boiled tongue is the perfect ingredient for a salad. It makes the dish quite satisfying but not greasy because this meat is dietary. It tastes especially good with yogurt dressing.

Salad recipe with boiled tongue

Ingredients:
- boiled tongue - 150 g
- arugula or other salad leaves
- cherry tomatoes - 5 pieces (100 g)
- small cucumber - 1 pc (100 g)
- bell pepper - 1 pc (100 g)
Ingredients for the dressing:
- Greek yogurt - 2 tbsp.
- dill, lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- salt
- olive oil - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
Tongue for the dish
1. Cut the pepper into strips lengthwise.
2. Cut the boiled tongue (preferably warm) into strips.
Tomatoes for the dish

3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the cucumber into strips.
4. Mix all the ingredients and add arugula.

5. Chop the dill for the dressing.
6. Grind it with salt, lemon juice and olive oil into a green mass.
Bell pepper for the dish
7. Mix with Greek yogurt and dress the salad.
