What cereal to cook meatballs with: a variant of a hearty budget dish
Meatballs are a versatile meat dish that cooks much faster than cabbage rolls or dumplings or vareniki. The main thing is to choose the right products to make the structure juicy and soft. To do this, add a variety of cereals. Bulgur is the best choice for this. It does not turn into porridge, remains crumbly, and does not make the meat dry. In addition, this dish is much more budget-friendly.

Ingredients:
- boiled bulgur - 150 g
- minced meat - 250 g (veal, chicken, pork).
- tomatoes - 2 large
- cream 20% - 200 ml
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste
Cooking method:
1. Mix the meat with the cooked bulgur.
2. Add spices.
3. Form balls, and fry on both sides of the fire.
4. Blend tomatoes with a blender, add cream, a few spices.
5. Add to the meatballs, and simmer under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
