Yeast dough is very easy to prepare, and many housewives associate it with pizza. But this product is very versatile and can be used to make many different dishes. They can be both savory and sweet, perfect for a festive lunch, dinner, or even a snack.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • flour - 500 g
  • milk - 200 ml
  • sugar - 40 g
  • dry yeast - 10 g
  • butter - 75 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt - a pinch
  • cinnamon
  • sugar

Method of preparation:

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, and beat the eggs lightly.
  2. Add the eggs, yeast mixture, sugar, and salt to the sifted flour, mix, and add the soft butter.
  3. Knead the dough, cover with cling film, and put in a warm place until it rises.
  4. Roll out the dough into a 1-centimeter-thick rectangle.
  5. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Roll the dough into a roll.
  6. Grease the mold with oil or butter. Cut the roll into equal pieces and place in the mold.
  7. Place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • warm water - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • a sachet of dry yeast
  • flour - 3 cups

Ingredients for the dressing

  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • cold water - 50 ml
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour.
  2. Mix water, oil, sugar, salt, yeast, and flour in a bowl and knead well. The dough should be elastic and of a dense consistency.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Make the dough into small balls. You can also form daisies.
  5. Put the formed buns into a greased baking dish.
  6. Put in a warm place for 5 minutes.
  7. Prepare the dressing: grind the garlic with salt, water, and oil in a mortar or blender.
  8. Add dill or other herbs to the mixture and mix well.
  9. Place the buns in a preheated oven and bake until tender for about 25 minutes.
  10. Take them out and immediately pour the garlic dressing over them. The pastries will absorb all the liquid and have a great taste and flavor.

  • apples - 2-3 pcs.

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix flour with sugar. Add cold butter and grind into crumbs.
  2. Pour in very cold water and quickly knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into a thin circle, and put the sliced apples, not reaching the edges of 4-5 cm. Roll up the edges to form a biscuit.
  4. Brush the dough with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake in a 200-degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
