Ingredients:
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - a pinch
- Starch - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:
- Cut the onion into semicircles.
- Add salt and sugar. Mix well and leave to drain off excess water.
- Add starch and stir.
- Fry in a saucepan with plenty of oil for about 5-8 minutes.
