What budget dish to prepare with squid: you will need only a few ingredients
Squid is considered a rather expensive product that is served in gourmet restaurants, but this delicacy can also be prepared at home. You only need a few simple ingredients, and you can make more than one dish for a cozy evening gathering or for a festive table.

Fried battered squid
Ingredients:
- whole squid
- flour - 180 g
- salt and pepper - a pinch
- eggs - 2 pcs
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the squid into medium slices
2. Pour flour into a bowl.
3. Add pepper and salt.
4. Mix well.
5. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
6. Dip the squid first in egg and then in flour.
7. Fry in a large amount of oil for 2 minutes.
Squid in tomato sauce
Ingredients:
- unpeeled squid with limbs
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- breadcrumbs
- herbs
- olives
- tomato sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the squid: remove the film with a napkin and remove the insides. Separate the limbs, but do not throw them away. Put them in a separate bowl, pour olive oil over, and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes and chop.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, chopped limbs, olives, chopped herbs, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
3. Stuff the squid with the prepared mixture.
4. Fix the edge with a toothpick.
5. Fry in a pan on both sides for 2 minutes.
7. Pour tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
You can also serve shrimp using a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
- large shrimps
- chopped herbs
- garlic
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt
- lemon
Method of preparation:
1. Make the dressing: mix chopped herbs, chopped garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
2. Put the boiled shrimp on a plate.
3. Pour the prepared dressing over.
4. Put lemon slices on top.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 13 minutes.
