Okroshka is an ideal dish for the summer heat, when you need to refresh yourself and don't really want heavy food. This soup is often made with kvass, kefir, or whey. But if you prefer lighter flavors rather than spicy ones, use sour cream.

Ingredients:
- sour cream - 350 ml.
- boiled chilled water - 400 ml.
- boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
- large cucumber - 1 pc.
- radish - 5 pcs.
- boiled potatoes - 3 pcs.
- boiled sausage - 120 g + 120 g of boiled fillet (you can have one of each)
- green onions
- dill
- citric acid - 1 tsp without slide
- salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop all the ingredients.
2. Put in a saucepan.
3. Add spices and citric acid.
4. Stir.
5. Dilute the sour cream with water.
6. Taste, add spices if necessary.
