  • 1 large ripe banana (160-170 g without peel)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • oil - 30 ml
  • milk - 150 ml
  • flour - 150 g
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Mash the banana with a fork, add the egg, sugar and oil, mix.
  2. Pour in the milk and mix.
  3. Add flour and baking powder and stir again.
  4. Bake on a dry preheated frying pan.
  5. Turn over when bubbles start to appear.

  • banana - 240 g (about 2.5 pcs.)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Greek yogurt (without fillers) - 120 g
  • flour - 180 g (oatmeal + rice 1:1, but you can take other flour)
  • baking powder - 20 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Set aside about 30-40 grams of banana for decoration. Mash the rest with a fork.
  2. Beat the eggs until fluffy and add the banana, beat again.
  3. Pour in the yogurt and mix well.
  4. Add flour and baking powder and make a dough.
  5. Put the dough into a mold, garnish with a banana and, if desired, seeds or nuts.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes, cool completely.
