Proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and fiber are all essential components of your morning meal.
- Calories are not so important
This means that the food that goes into your breakfast is more important than its total calories. It is important to choose high-quality and natural foods that you will enjoy looking at and, therefore, eating.
According to the expert, one example of a healthy breakfast is an avocado roll.
To make it, you will need the following ingredients:
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Avocado - 60 g
- Hard cheese - 40 g
- Salt, paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs well with a whisk and pour them into a preheated frying pan.
2. Meanwhile, chop the avocado and grate the cheese.
3. When the egg pancake is ready, put the filling on one side and roll it up.
