Water-based yeast dough for dumplings: no more long kneading
Dumplings are the simplest dish that can be easily prepared at home with a minimal set of ingredients. The most important thing in the dish is, of course, the dough. And one of the cooking options is yeast dough, which makes the dumplings very fluffy. The most important advantage of this dough is that it does not need to be left to stand.
Food blogger Inna (shumak_inna) shared a recipe for yeast dough for dumplings on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- dry yeast - 1 tbsp.
- warm water - 500 ml
- salt - 1 tsp.
- baking soda - 0.5 tsp
- flour
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
2. Add salt, baking soda and flour. Knead the dough well. It should be elastic and not sticky.
3. Roll out the finished dough, cut out circles and make the dumplings with the filling as usual.
