Others, on the contrary, advise not to neglect it and have dinner, but only with light meals, such as baked fish, seasonal vegetables of any kind, and fermented milk products, but 3-4 hours before bedtime.

1. Warm salad of autumn vegetables with cheese
Ingredients:
- eggplant – 1 pc
- zucchini – 1 pc
- sweet potato – 1 pc
- carrot – 1 pc
- bell pepper – 1 pc
- tomatoes – 1-2 pcs
- onion – 1 pc
- Feta cheese – 100 g
- olives – 10 pcs
- pine nuts – a handful
- Provencal herbs – a pinch
- olive oil – optional
- salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the vegetables, cut the zucchini, eggplant and onion into rings.
- Remove the seeds from the peppers, cut them into large pieces along with the carrots.
- Cut the sweet potato into slices.
- Put all the vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle well with spices, add a little olive oil, mix and put on the grill, grill until tender.
- Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin and cut into wedges.
- Remove the vegetables from the grill, put them on a plate, add the tomatoes, halved olives, sprinkle with pine nuts and crumble the cheese on top.
The salad is best eaten immediately – hot.
2. Salad with beets and honey
Ingredients:
- beets – 1-2 pcs
- any salted cheese – 50-100 g
- Honey – 1-2 tsp
- walnuts – 1 pc
- arugula – a bunch
- salt – to taste
- lemon juice – optional
Method of preparation:
- Boil the beets, cut into large pieces, put them in a plate.
- Crumble the cheese on top, add chopped walnuts, salt and honey, and mix.
- Wash the arugula and tear it with your hands, put it on top.
- Drizzle with a little lemon juice.
