If you want to prepare a tasty and satisfying dish for dinner very quickly, potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes, and onions are ideal vegetables. They can be used to make a healthy and satisfying warm salad.

Ingredients:
- young potatoes - 500 g
- asparagus - 400 g
- red onion - 1 pc (can be pickled, it will be even tastier)
- cherry tomatoes - 10-15 pcs.
- olive oil - 3 tbsp
- teriyaki sauce - 1 tbsp.
- salt/pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes. Cook them for 10 minutes after boiling. Wash, peel and cut the asparagus into small pieces.
2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and put the sliced asparagus and potatoes. Brush with olive oil, salt and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and onion in half rings. Add the baked asparagus and potatoes, olive oil, and teriyaki sauce, and mix thoroughly.
