The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, warm salad of deep-fried eggplant, cheese, and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 1 eggplant
  • salt
  • 30 g of starch
  • oil – for frying
  • tomatoes
  • herbs
  • mozzarella
  • teriyaki

Method of preparation:

1. Slice the eggplant, sprinkle with salt, and leave for 20-30 minutes to remove excess liquid and bitterness. Bread the eggplant in starch.

2. Deep-fry the eggplant until golden brown.

3. Then put the eggplant on a paper napkin to remove excess oil, add the vegetables, herbs, eggplant, cheese, and sauce to the bowl and pour over the sauce.
