Warm salad with crispy eggplant and vegetables: easy to prepare
Eggplants make delicious caviar, as well as salads, snacks, and can be tasty canned with vegetables, spices, and garlic.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, warm salad of deep-fried eggplant, cheese, and vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- salt
- 30 g of starch
- oil – for frying
- tomatoes
- herbs
- mozzarella
- teriyaki
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the eggplant, sprinkle with salt, and leave for 20-30 minutes to remove excess liquid and bitterness. Bread the eggplant in starch.
2. Deep-fry the eggplant until golden brown.
3. Then put the eggplant on a paper napkin to remove excess oil, add the vegetables, herbs, eggplant, cheese, and sauce to the bowl and pour over the sauce.
