Warm salad with crispy eggplant and tomatoes: a recipe for dinner

Eggplants are ideal vegetables for making delicious salads, appetizers, and caviar. They can also be deliciously pickled and preserved.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious warm salad of fried eggplant and tomatoes on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • eggplant
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs

For the dressing:

  • cold-pressed oil
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and dice the eggplants, be sure to roll them in flour and starch beforehand.

2. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

3. Mix everything for the dressing.

4. Put the eggplant and tomatoes in a bowl and pour the dressing over them.
