Frying waffles

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 9% – 200 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • sour cream 20% – 30 g
  • rice flour – 30 g
  • semolina – 30 g
  • Jerusalem artichoke syrup – 15 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Beat all ingredients in a blender.

2. Add flour and semolina.

3. Fry in the mold for 3 minutes. You can also cook in a dry frying pan under a lid.

Homemade nutella is perfect for these waffles. It is very easy to prepare.

Homemade Nutella

Ingredients:

  • milk – 1 cup
  • sugar – 1 cup
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • starch – 2 tbsp
  • butter – 1 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Mix starch, sugar and cocoa.

2. Slowly add milk, stirring all the time to avoid lumps.

3. Put on low heat and cook.

4. When it starts to thicken, remove from heat and add butter.

5. You can also add chopped nuts.

Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Ingredients for 450 g of ready-made cream cheese:

  • Greek yogurt – 400 g
  • fat sour cream – 350-400 g
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients.

2. Put a colander in a saucepan or bowl, put muslin or cheesecloth on the colander and pour the sour cream mixture.

3. Put in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

4. The whey will drain and the homemade Philadelphia cream cheese is ready
