Vitamin tea blend against viruses: you need only four ingredients

Autumn cold weather is coming, and with it vitamin deficiency. Therefore, it is worth taking care of your body. The usual black tea that many people drink every day can be replaced with one with more vitamins. It is very easy to prepare at home as you only need four ingredients.

The idea of preparing a healthy tea blend was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetyana (tanya.perchik).

Ingredients:

  • ginger - 100 g
  • lemon - 3 pieces
  • turmeric - 2 tsp.
  • honey - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the ginger.

2. Cut the lemon into slices.

3. Beat ginger, lemon and turmeric in a blender until smooth.

4. Leave this mixture to steep for a while.

5. Then add honey and enjoy.
