Vinaigrette in a new way: which ingredient will make the taste of the salad bright

Vinaigrette is a delicious fall salad without mayonnaise based on vegetables, the main ingredient of which is beets. If you want to prepare the classic dish in a new way, you can add sauerkraut, herring and even anchovies to the salad.

Foodblogger, nutritionist Alex Mil with the nickname mil_alexx shared a recipe for vinaigrette with sauerkraut on his Instagram page .

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 300 g
  • beet - 200 g
  • carrots - 200 g
  • peas - 200 g
  • sauerkraut - 200 g
  • pickled cucumbers - 150 g
  • dill
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil - 15 ml

Method of preparation:

1. To begin with, prepare some ingredients: boil potatoes carrots and beets. When ready, peel and dice them.

2. Cut cucumbers into cubes.

3. Chop the dill.

4. Mix all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, adding the peas and cabbage.

5. Salad salt, pepper and dress with olive oil.
