Vinaigrette in a new way: what to add to the salad for a bright flavor

Vinaigrette is one of the most delicious and healthy salads because it is based on seasonal vegetables, olive oil, and spices. If you want to add a new flavor to the salad, you can add herring, sauerkraut, beans, herbs, anchovies, and garlic.
Food blogger Myroslava Shevchenko shared a recipe for a delicious Vinaigrette with chickpeas and sweet potatoes on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- beets - 2 pcs.
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- carrots - 3 pcs.
- sweet potato - 1/2 pc.
- boiled chickpeas - 1 cup
- red onion - 1/2 pc.
- pickled cucumbers - 3-4 pcs.
- sunflower or olive oil
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake the vegetables. Cool, peel and dice them.
2. Cook the chickpeas.
3. Dice the pickles and onion into small cubes.
4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, season with oil, salt and mix.
