Secrets of successful pancakes: the ingredients should be used at room temperature. If from the refrigerator, let the dough stand for 20 minutes. There is no need to mix the dough, just gently spoon it in and fry the pancakes!
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp.
- salt - a pinch
- kefir - 150 g
- sour milk cheese - 200 g
- flour - 180 g
- soda - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar and salt to the eggs, beat with a whisk. Next, add kefir, mix, add cheese, and knead the dough until smooth and lump-free.
2. Sift and add the flour, add the baking soda, and mix again until smooth.
3. Put the pancakes in a frying pan heated with oil and fry on both sides over medium heat.
