  • canned beans - 2 cans
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • whole grain rolls - 6-7 pcs.
  • breadcrumbs - 300 g
  • cheese - 100 g
  • spices - to taste
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the beans with the breadcrumbs, add the egg, and mix very thoroughly.
  2. Wash the pepper, chop it together with the onion, fry it well in a frying pan, and add it to the beans, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Make patties with your hands, fry in a pan for 10 minutes, and put on a paper towel.
  4. Put the buns on a baking sheet or in a mold and put them in the oven for 5-10 minutes to make them soft.
  5. Take out and assemble a healthy burger: bun – bean cutlet – cheese – bun.

2. Burger with beetroot and carrot cutlet

  • beets - 200 g
  • carrots - 200 g
  • semolina - 15 g
  • milk - 50-80 ml
  • burger buns - 2-4 pcs.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and boil the beets for about 30 minutes.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  3. Pour milk into a frying pan, add carrots, stir, and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add the semolina and stir quickly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Grate the beets, add them to the pan, and stir.
  6. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry for about 5 minutes.
  7. Use your hands to form patties, put them in a frying pan, and fry well, put the hot cutlet on a bun, you can add tomatoes, onions, and herbs as desired.
