Stew is a tasty and healthy dish that consists entirely of vegetables, meat, herbs, spices, and a thick sauce. This dish has a very rich flavor and aroma due to the process of stewing the products together, after which various flavors are released and mixed.

The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared a delicious recipe for stew with chicken, zucchini, and sour cream.


  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • sweet red pepper - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • sour cream - 150 g
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • pepper, salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the fillet into small pieces, put it in a frying pan with vegetable oil, and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Chop the zucchini, carrots, and peppers, chop the garlic, and add all together to the meat, fry until tender for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly, add sour cream, and simmer for another 20 minutes over low heat.

You can serve it hot or cold. The dish will be delicious and goes well with fresh vegetables.
